Our designs find balance between minimizing energy usage and maximizing operation efficiency. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff uses integration and automation to implement these solutions.
UL-certified B3 controls builds panels from our design or yours. We specialize in low-cost, robust designs, with emphasis on prompt delivery.
To provide consistency a documentation library is maintained for all our projects. Our design and assembly team focuses on detail, quality, and fast turnaround. For most custom and large jobs, we deliver your panel in as little as two to three weeks - inspected, tested, ready to install.

Ken Abbott started Bit By Bit Controls (DBA B3 Controls), LLC as a UL 508A certified panel shop to provide quality panel shop service to businesses in Tucson, AZ.
He is the Inventor of Record for 16 U.S. and foreign patents for various types of specialized abrasive blasting, air filtration and material separation equipment. He has been published in numerous professional trade journals with several technical papers in the Library of Congress.
